If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, just let us know your requirements and we will find something that is right for you.
NOTE: The purchase of land is particularly volatile at the moment, and we have found recently that if interest is shown by more than one party on the same plot, initial prices can escalate rapidly. We would therefore strongly recommend that before we begin any negotiations with land owners on your behalf that you are in a position to take immediate action.
Design and Construction
You may already have an exact picture in you head of the home that you want built – if this is the case we will work with you and our architect to ensure that those pictures in you head are accurately translated to paper, and ultimately to bricks and mortar. If you do not have fixed ideas then we can assist by providing you with details of existing designs and layouts to make sure you find all the elements to make up that dream property.
Once a plan has been agreed we will then work to make sure all the necessary permits and planning permissions are obtained and construction can begin. We will obtain tenders from only tried and trusted builders who have a proven reputation for quality of build and finish. We will closely monitor the progress of the build - attending site visits, liaising with the project manager and reporting regularly back to you with updates and photographs.
If you have plans for more than a single home, perhaps you are already in the property development business in the UK, then we can also manage this for you. We can assist not only in the ways mentioned above (finding suitable land, utilisation of our architects services, obtaining permits and permissions) but we can also show you the range of developments in the area and advise you on those which are obtaining the best sales results and therefore the factors that may influence our planning and design.
Once plans are approved to commence construction we can immediately beginning marketing the properties as “off-plan” units and hopefully sell the bulk, if not all, of the development for you before it is completed. With house prices in the area rapidly increasing “off-plan” sales are particularly buoyant, as it is an ideal way for buyers to lock in to a purchase price, make payments in stages and see the value of their property increase by the time it has been built.
